Shipping
Unless agreed to different terms, the shipping starts from stock and is delivered to the stated billing or shipping address. From a value of 50,00 EUR and above we ship free of charge within Germany. Otherwise we demand in general 4,50 EUR for shipping and package, independent of the amount of packages, size or weight of the shipment.

We will be glad to inform you about the shipment fee for other countries. We ship abroad starting at a value of 30,00 EUR. Shipping is free of charge starting at a value of 150,00 EUR.
Payment
We deliver your ordered products within Germany accepting prepaid as payment only. After three times of a flawless successful order we accept payment via bank collection (Germany) or bill too. Please register at our shop before your first time shopping. Please understand that we only can send orders abroad if they are prepaid.
Privacy / Discretion
Your customer data is exclusively used to process your orders or requests. Your data won't be given to any other third person or party.
Warranty / Cancellation
You may cancel your contract within two weeks, without stating any reasons. This must be done in written form (email, fax) or by sending back the ordered products. At reconsignments below a value of 35,00 EUR and in case the products you received match the products you ordered, you have to pay the shipment costs yourself. In any other case the reconsignment is free of charge.
Complaints
(only applicable for goods you have bought at solid-line and for classic stick it® goods, which you have been bought in trade)
